Jakob Dylan is actually pretty cool -- much more level-headed than his father. I just wish the same could be said for that pesky eagle.

I'm noticing a Dylan and Co. motif going on. It doesn't bode well for Maude in either one of these pictures. First, she's in danger of being crushed by a brick thrown by Bob Dylan; second, she's in danger of being eaten by an eagle. Seriously, the Dylans are out to get Maude.
ReplyDeleteI think dad is muy cool and son Jakob somewhat cool. It's Bobs decidedly unlevel head that I like, his connection to the Beatniks, the Greenwich Village Folk scene, the old Left, the avant garde. I like his edginess and his always striving to reinvent himself. Bob set the trends that others followed.
ReplyDeleteHis son seems a little bit closer to the mainstream, but i have to confess that I'm less familliar with his work than his dad's. BTW, jakob has a good voice.
